PF401 Tester
The PF-401 is a simple system for fast production testing of power transformers in the 10VA to 5kVA range.
The system carriers out open circuit measurements used in go/no go testing of turn ratios and phasing of windings. It also displays primary test voltage, no load current and core loss.
Programming, done in a few minutes, includes high and low limits for no load current and open voltages of up to five secondary windings. No Pass is indicated by LED readout plus an audible alarm, which can be canceled if desired.
